Dr. K Shanmuganandan is a distinguished Rheumatologist with over 38 years of clinical and academic experience, specializing in complex rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders including Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and musculoskeletal infections. He has served as Professor of Medicine and Head of Department at leading institutions including the Armed Forces Medical College, Army Hospital New Delhi, and Command Hospital Lucknow. He is an Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Rheumatology and previously served as Treasurer of the Indian Rheumatology Association.
