The Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics is a structured 12-month advanced clinical training course designed to provide comprehensive expertise in the diagnosis, evaluation, and management of musculoskeletal disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. It combines core principles of pediatrics and orthopedics with specialized training in congenital deformities, developmental disorders, pediatric trauma, neuromuscular conditions, spine deformities, gait abnormalities, and pediatric orthopedic surgical principles. Through evidence-based learning, clinical case discussions, imaging interpretation, and procedural exposure, fellows gain the confidence to manage common and complex pediatric orthopedic conditions in outpatient, emergency, and operative settings.
